I went into J.M. Holistic and had a full body massage. First of all Monique asked me questions on my health etc then I lay down on the bed. I did tell Monique I had a slight headache at the right back of my head. After a relaxing massage with soft music playing in the background, I got up and immediately noticed that my headache had gone, so thanks for that Monique. I also felt invigorated and well as if I could conquer anything. After the meassage Monique went through my reaction and if I felt any sensations during my massage. Monique was very professional through. Thank you, and will definitely comeback again.

What an excellent find, the shop is run by Jayne and her daughter, they are very knowledgeable. Herbs, Tinctures and much more. I went in as I have back spasms leaving me in pain most of the time. I was given a holistic cream to help and also had a deep massage to help relieve the pain. Jayne also can give Massage and several other modalities which will help with the discomfort you maybe going through. Highly Recommended
