I joined Ruth at the end of September and the last 6 months have been such a fun and empowering experience. Ruth creates a very fun and comfortable environment, where you’re able to push your limits and progress quickly under her guidance and care. She has created a lovely community with her small group classes and monthly social events, where you get to meet all lot of wonderful people. I couldn’t recommend her enough, she has brought back my interest in weight training and going the gym.

I joined StrongHer Studio not long after it first opened, it was completely out of my comfort zone to join gym classes but Ruth assured me before going that it was suitable for everyone, all fitness levels. I’m so glad I listened and went. Each week I can feel myself getting stronger. Ruth is amazing, she is so welcoming and never makes you feel embarrassed if not able to do something yet, instead she will help you be able to achieve it.
