I booked Adam to come to my house to set up my new work from home kit. Unfortunately the first two visits he was not able to complete and it turned out the desktop I purchased was faulty. He offered to bring me a new one and when he did it worked perfectly. I cannot over state how helpful and patient he was and my new PC is a world apart from the one I bought. The price I paid was more than reasonable given how many visits it took. A brilliant service all round .

Contacted this shop as I needed a new power/adaptor lead for my Samsung computer. Adam and his staff said they would order one for me. I was kept in touch all along and the new lead soon arrived. Very pleased with the service I received and would return here if I have any other computer problems. Many thanks to Adam and his team.

Can’t say enough good things. Had some rather frustrating computer issues and reached out to A4. Adam was super quick getting back to me on email with a little overview of what could be causing my issues and what would be involved if he was to take a look. I had the option of visiting the store or having a home visit and since I run my business from home and need my computer 90% of the time it worked best to have a home visit. Booking was super easy and flexible with times and Adam was very punctual.
